Before looking for a property, we need to understand how you want to live.

Your budget, financing, preferred areas, type of property, distances, services, terrace, schools, beach and, above all, what is essential to you and where you’re willing to compromise.

That’s when our work begins.

We carry out an active search throughout the province of Alicante and filter the options before they take up your time.

✓ We can carry out an initial viewing on your behalf
✓ We assess the property and compare it with the market
✓ We check the property, building and surrounding area
✓ We gather the available documentation
✓ We check the Land Registry, cadastral information, owners’ community and any known special assessments
✓ We design and carry out the negotiation strategy
✓ We support you throughout the process until the deposit agreement (contrato de arras) is signed

And if you need financing:

MORTGAGE BROKER INCLUDED

A professional assesses your profile and compares different financing options without you having to go from bank to bank.

WE COVER THE BROKER’S FEE.

Any external financing costs, such as valuations, banking products or other third-party expenses, are not included.

This activates your personalised property search throughout the province of Alicante.

We search, filter, assess, check and negotiate on your behalf. And if you need financing, a mortgage broker is included and we cover the broker’s fee.

YOU PAY NOTHING ELSE UNTIL YOU FIND YOUR PROPERTY AND SIGN THE DEPOSIT AGREEMENT.

HAVE YOU ALREADY FOUND THE PROPERTY YOURSELF?

Then you don’t pay for a search you’ve already done yourself.

We take care of the valuation, checks, available documentation, market analysis, negotiation strategy and support throughout the transaction.

GOOD NEGOTIATION CAN CHANGE THE REAL COST OF THE SERVICE

Before negotiating, we assess the property and analyse the local market to determine what price we can realistically defend.

We don’t negotiate blindly.

WE NEGOTIATE WITH DATA AND DEFEND YOUR INTERESTS.

Any improvements we achieve in the price or terms can offset a significant part of our fees and, in some transactions, may even exceed them.
